Responsible for the receipt, review, approval and correct accounting of the invoices of national and foreign suppliers of products and services, as well as the coordination of the issuance of timely payment thereof. In addition to the proper maintenance of the accounting assistants of accounts payable and the physical file of the related support documentation.

Your responsibilities

• Collection of invoices received for payment for products and services.
• Review of the invoices received to verify that they comply with the fiscal and internal control requirements.
• Classification of invoices by concepts of Raw Material, Materials Indirect and Services.
• Accounting record of invoices in the Accounts Payable assistant.
• Accounting and registration of journal policies.
• Care providers.

Your background

• We are looking for a candidate with Bachelor´s Degree in Administration.
• 2 years of experience
• English Advanced
