AP/AR accountant responsibilities

• Verify daily reimbursement report and make sure all expenditure are in compliance with the company policy, government regulation. Receive payment documents/invoices booked into AP modules timely. 审核日常费用报销单据，确保所有的支出符合国家及公司政策， 在系统录入所有的报销单据。

• Responsible for bank and cash business, reconcile the bank/cash accounts monthly. 负责现金和银行业务，月末银行及现金对账

• Verify the VAT invoice from suppliers meet with the receipt in two systems, make the payments based on the due date and booked into the systems timely. 审核验证并且在系统及时录入供应商发票，进行结算，并且制作月度付款计划。

• Responsible for issuing sales invoices, accounting, tax accounting, declaration and other daily tax management.负责开具销售发票，上账工作，以及税款核算、申报等日常税务管理。

• Responsible for fixed assets accounting and management, and maintain/update related financial master data in SAP负责固定资产核算及管理，以及在SAP中维护/更新相关财务的主数据；

• Monitoring the status of pending invoices and follow the issues of payments.(unmatched PO and invoices, invoices not goods received, invoices awaiting approval, etc). 监督付款，跟带货到票未到及票到货未到等情况。

• In charge of monthly intercompany reconciliation and confirmed with the relevant people if need accrue at the month end. 负责和关联公司对账，并且与相关人员协调是否需要在月末计提。

• Assistant the financial analyst on production cost basic work. 协助关于成本分析的基础工作

• Other jobs assigned by department manager. 其他由部门经理分配的工作。

Requirements

1、Bachelor，more than 2 years relevant practical experiences. 大学本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验。

2、Competent and experienced in AP and cashier, familiar with ERP system能胜任应付账款、应收账款、税务和出纳业务的工作，熟悉ERP。

3、Good knowledge of AP and cashier accounting principles, activities and processes 良好的应付账款、出纳工作交易以及流程的相关知识。

4、Good communication skills and good team work spirit. 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。

6、Familiarity with computer skills, and ability to use word processing and spreadsheet packages. 熟练的计算机操作技能，特别是WORD 和EXCEL.

7、Good English Skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing英语听说读写熟练。
