Responsibilities:

• Payment input in SAP
• Local payment and offshore payment arrangement
• Daily cash flow flash report
• Daily bank balance report
• Monthly bank balance confirmation report
• Payment tracking table by project/vendor
• Payment accrual list for book keeping
• Other duties and assignments given by line manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years Finance AP experience
• Good knowledge of Chinese accounting regulation
• Well organized, mature, diligent and highly responsible
• Good at MS office, SAP experience is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English
