RESPONSIBILITY:
• Make vendor invoice verification, book travel and entertainment expense
• Monitor outstanding AP balance and clear advance payment
• Reconcile AP balance with AR booking in related party
• Deal with the enquiries about booking and payment
• Handle vendor master data maintenance and confirmation letter
• Prepare AP report for analysis and audit use



REQUIREMENT

• University degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-4 year of relevant accounting experience in MNC
• Good PRC accounting knowledge
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Positive attitude to daily work
