ABOUT THE JOB

Perfetti Van Melle - one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum with global brands that are being enjoyed in more than 150 countries worldwide - is seeking for a passionate and enthusiastic AP Accountant. You will be required to AP related financial support and find better solution to keep continuously improvement and will be reporting to Finance Manager – Treasury & AP.

Working location： Shanghai (Min Hang Factory)

Responsibilities:

l Follow SLA to post expense and invoice for user departments

l Follow SLA to finish monthly balance sheet review

l Ensure timely payment for both suppliers and internal employees

l To guarantee efficiency and accuracy for monthly closing

l Follow SLA to clean up GR/IR by differently type of purchase

l Always find better solution to keep improving on AP process

l Ad-hoc project support

Qualifications:

l Bachlor’s degree, Accounting major is preferred ,1-2 years working experience prefered.

l Basic accounting knowledge

l Good Office skill

l Good English spoken and written skill

l Hard work and Be patient

l Excellent learning agility

l Keep Curiosity
