- BS/BA.
- Fluency in standard software including office outlook, Word, Excel
- Solid problem solving skill
- Oral and written communication skills
- Focus on details, patient and diligent to repetitive tasks.
Amazon’s Finance Operations department seeks an Accounts Payable assistant. This role is assigned to AP scan team whose responsibility focus on physical Fapiao management, including invoice sot, log, validation, scan, archive and external/internal audit supports. Candidates need to be task oriented and have the team work spirit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in physical fapiao work is more preferred
- Ability to continually prioritize changing responsibilities
- Ability to problem-solve independently in an ambiguous and fast paced environment.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
