Position: AP Biology/Environmental Science Teacher

Representative Subject Assignment (all subjects are 5*45-minute classes each):
1. 4*G9-12 Biology & 2*G9-12 Environmental Science
OR
2. 2*G10-12 AP Biology & 2*G9-12 Environmental Science
OR
3. 4*G10-12 AP Biology

Requirements:
- Native speaker of English or to have obtained a university degree in which the instructional language was English.
- Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Biology, Environmental Science or a relevant field.
- Two or more years of high school Biology or Environmental Science teaching experience
- Teaching License/Qualification (e.g. US Teaching Certification, UK QTS, etc.)
- Certificate of non-criminal record
- Must provide two references (both phone number & institutional email address)
- Must be able to lead a student-centered, project-based curriculum of inquiry and reflection.
- (Preferred) Experience teaching in AP Biology and/or AP Environmental Science
- (Preferred) Master’s degree in Education or in a field relevant to this discipline.

Renumeration and Benefits:
- Total renumeration for the first contracted year: 288,000-384,000 RMB per annum (equivalent to 24,000-32000 per month) before tax, inclusive of housing allowance.
