Position Description: \- Fulfill Region sales commission Operational Support 100% correct plan set up and quota assignment by stipulated deadline \- Push region for full quota signoff by stipulated deadline \- On time and 100% correct attainment calculation and submission to Callidus \- Timely verification on payment \- Timely advice to payroll in an effective & accurate manner \- Timely respond to sales enquiry \- Maintain a good alignment with Region I/O leader, HRP & Finance to build up credibility/trust \- Behave as a good I&C partner to region sales management to bring in value- add guidance/consultation \- Roll out Geo I&C operational calendar to region and make sure region follows it. \- Perform as a good gate keeper in managing exceptions on plan setting, quota deployment and commission payout at Region \- Be conscious of and supportive to region wise specific analysis request and be creative in bringing in new analysis model \- Provide monthly commission accrual to accounting team \- Related communication and announcement with region #### Position Requirements: • Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent. • Language: Fluency in Japanese, reading and writing level in English • Reporting/Excel are preferred Requirements also include: ­ Must be self-motivated, collaborative team environment, must exhibit a positive and professional attitude, and pay attention to detail We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
