Job requirement：
1.English native speaker
2.Has a bachelor degree or above
3.Major in English Literature, Linguistics or related majors
4.Has 2 years of teaching experience with Chinese students
5.Being self-motivated, responsible and has passion in education
6.Easy to cooperate with, follow the school’s rules

Job responsibility：
1.To teach AP English and Language Composition to develop academy writing skill；
2.Design and grade homework, placement test, progress assessment, midterm and final exams
3.Maintain interactive class environment
4.Finish all the academic requirements from the academic director, maintain high teaching quality
5.Communicate with homeroom teachers
6.Attend all required meetings, including parents meeting, weekly academic meeting etc.
