AP Mid-Market RAD Manager

Job Description
Position Description:
As an AP Mid-Market RAD Manager, you will act as an end-to-end owner of the
Asia Pacific Mid-market RAD model, from data analysis, to initiative
development, to result tracking. With 70% focused on Business Development and
30% on Data analysis
Responsibilities:
Business development side:
• Initiate campaigns or programs for different RAD segment customers, by
cooperating with different internal parties (Worldwide, Asia Pacific,
Regional, Product, Marketing team …etc)
• Work with IO team track and fine tune campaign or programs
• Apply the best RAD practice
• Drive the quarterly RAD Planning in line with the SMB and Mid-Market in
order to plan and integrate into the sales marketing planning process.
Data analyst side:
• Standardize the definitions and methodology of AP MM RAD across regions
• Provide regular RAD report on monthly and quarterly basis, with data driven
insights in order to help business to have better decision making.
• Support all aspects of maintenance of the RAD data and in CRM adoption (SFDC
-> D365)
Position Requirements:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degrees or above
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in business development
• Sounded knowledge in RAD (Retention Acquisition Development)
• Experience in a regional role
• IT / PC industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency
• Hands-on, self-motivated and be able to thrive in an environment with a
start-up culture
• Goal oriented personality and be able to work independently as well as part
of a team
