Position Description: • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators. • Co-work with country teams and forwarders on cost accuracy. • Monitor cost trends across all functions and identify and root cause all changes • Work with all functional teams to develop cost forecasts and track performance vs plan • Continually monitor and reduce the cost from GEO perspective • Continually optimize the process to meet the GEO cost KPI • Track cost savings of team’s saving initiatives • Co-work with multinational cross function teams on country special project support. #### Position Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above, overseas education background or work experience is preferred • Minimum two years working experience on financial related positions. • Outstanding analytical capabilities and familiarity with excel & PPT, SAP experience is preferred; • Excellent English written and oral communication skills, English will be the working language • Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment; • Detail orientated • Ability to work un-supervised and find the people and answers with minimal hand-holding • Must be a team worker and excellent communication skill is a must We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
