Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and passionate AP Teachers to join our faculty. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in AP education, excellent instructional skills, and a commitment to fostering a stimulating learning environment for our students. As an AP Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students through the Advanced Placement (AP) curriculum, preparing them for the AP exam, and instilling a love for learning.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive AP lessons that align with the AP curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
- Utilize various teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects, providing timely feedback and guidance.
- Develop and implement strategies to support struggling students and challenge advanced learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and vertically-aligned curriculum across grade levels.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues about student progress, classroom expectations, and curriculum updates.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in math education, pedagogical techniques, and educational technology.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.



Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a teachable subject, Education, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification and/or licensure in the subject area.
- Previous experience teaching AP courses or advanced math classes is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the AP curriculum and exam format.
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for mathematics and a commitment to inspiring and empowering students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators.


Compensation & Benefits:
A. Basic Annual Starting Salary Before Tax: 330,000 RMB to 370,000 RMB
B. Contract Completion Bonus: 20,000 RMB. (Paid upon completion of the second year of employment and annually after the third year)
