Why does this role exist? -As our company is moving from product centric to service-led transformation and solution centric, a dedicated marketing person is needed to focus on driving the service-led and solution marketing at APHQ level. Responsibilities: -Taking the offering from WW and AP Services team to develop the overall services value proposition/ATL & demand generation assets as well as working with solution partners to develop go-to-market strategy with compelling messaging and contents for all stages of the funnel. -Work with AP Services team to develop sales and channel incentive programs aligning with AP segment business. -Formulate strategic marketing plan with segment leaders and region teams to drive services business opportunities towards the target accounts and further grow our footprint – covering REL & SMB -Work closely with RAD team to deeply understand our customer base and analyze our upselling opportunities with our services, OEM, CIoT and Smart Vertical solution offerings. -Increase awareness of Lenovo’s services and solution offerings, success stories and thought leadership campaign -To establish a clear influencer/advocate strategy and build strategic relationships with subject matter experts, partners and vendors in order to attract target verticals and market segments -E2E planning, execution of tracking of demand generation campaigns to ensure full alignment with the buyer journey and with ROI result dashboard sharing. Key Interaction with: -AP Commercial marketing director and AP REL marketing lead -AP Services team, segment leaders including GA/KA & SMB. -AP Country Commercial Marketing team -Alliance partners (Microsoft, Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Adobe) #### Position Requirements: -8-10 years of experience -In-depth knowledge and experience in latest marketing trends -5+ years in digital and online marketing -Work experience in IT/PC solution or services industry (channel structure, etc.) Skill/ Competency: -Self-Starter/Entrepreneurial -Basic knowledge and genuine interest on IT and PC+ products (e.g. PC, Tablet) -Business level English skills -MS Excel and PowerPoint -High-level logical thinking, critical thinking -Practical, flexible and result oriented mindset (no silo, no bureaucracy) -Able to cope with fast-moving working environment and meet tight deadline We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
