Job Description
Position Description: The AP Smart Collaboration Sales Leader for Lenovo Asia Pacific/Japan. This individual contributor role will be primarily responsible for leading the sales execution of the Smart Collaboration AP business.  This individual will lead a team of Business Development Managers to develop and execute business & sales campaigns.  This position will be responsible for developing, delivering and executing to the yearly and financial plans for the AP Smart Collaboration business.  Leading the team of Smart Collaboration Business Development Managers to execute against budgeted sales and profit plans. This position includes the responsibility of forecasting units, revenue, profit, and product mix by business segment in conjunction with Sales, Operations, Supply/Demand Planning, and Product Management teams. The focus areas for this role will be: 1\. Lead a team of Smart Collaboration Business Development Managers in AP 2\. Develop & execute overall AP Sales Strategies towards achieving financial goals, marketing plans, and strategic objectives 3\. Represent AP Smart Collaboration team to the WW business unit 4\. Lead and manage the strategic alliance partnerships 5\. Develop and cultivate client relationships as well as achieving profit and revenue objectives 6\. Be a leader in building and developing processes driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales, product upgrades, problem resolution, and business controls to maximize results 7\.
