Job Summary

Data Collection and Analysis

Responsible for data collections and analysis of real estate investment related metrics across various APAC markets,

including but not limited to:

• General economy and its pertinent indicators;
• Fund ownership and investment targets across APAC
• Investment transactions, capital values, yields, supply, demand metrics and other real estate data points

Preparing Market Reports & Presentations Decks

Responsible for preparing APAC real estate investment related market reports and presentation decks, including but not limited to:

• APAC capital markets presentations and deal analyses
• Outbound/cross-border investment analysis
• APAC/Global executive reports
• Thematic APAC real estate investment reports

Designing Questionnaires

Responsible for designing online questionnaires for topics including but not limited to:

• Investors intentions survey
• Thematic reports survey
• Internal and external/client feedback survey

Research Investor Relations

Responsible for supporting/managing research investors relations including but not limited to:

• Growing research investors & developers lists
• Managing investors meeting memos and supporting materials

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a commercial real estate or capital markets related role
• Experience with performing sophisticated data analysis and preparing comprehensive market reports
• Experience or exposure to key APAC cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore,

Tokyo and Sydney is a plus

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent communications skills in English (must-have) and Chinese (preferred)
• Excellent data analytical skills and comfortable working with a large amount of data
• Exposure or general knowledge of APAC core cities macroeconomics and real estate markets
• Good team player, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Good presentation skills and comfortable with public speaking

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• Good understanding of various real estate investment mechanisms and return calculation methodologies
