Job Description
Primary responsibilities
• Understand the strategy and priorities of the BA and its functions and their needs to inform and engage our people
• Build the communication strategy to reflect the activities and people of the BA in line with company purpose, strategy, mid-term ambition and APAC Six Focus Areas priorities
• Plan and develop content to convey the messages both internally and externally, in collaboration with PR and MarCom teams
• Alignment with other BA communication leads to keep the same voice across all internal and external platforms and create synergy
• Support communications library and toolbox with key messages and Q&A
• Support owned events such as Management FaceTime

Specific requirement
• Regular meetings with covered functions to follow the business, collect information and provide profession advice on communications approach
• Develop and implement communications strategy and plan for major initiatives, milestones and people stories
• Support the heads of the covered functions in their speaking opportunities both internally and externally, including speech and presentation deck.
• Support cascading of corporate messages to employees in covered functions
• Input to communications editorial calendar
• Plan, write and edit news stories in both English and Chinese for different internal communications platforms, including Intranet, WeChat Work, monthly newsletter, etc.
• Draft key messages and Q&A on specific topics for internal stakeholders and if needed external audience with collaboration with PR

Education and experience
• A bachelor's degree or higher in communications, public relations or a relevant field is necessary for this job
• Sufficient business acumen and strong learning ability to ensure efficient and valuable delivery; experience in auto industry is preferred
• Solid Chinese copywriting capability and good command of written and oral English
• Familiar with office tools, such as Power Point and Excel.
• Research and proofreading skills to deliver with quality and accuracy
• Leadership skills for overseeing projects and coaching agencies
• Experience in event management a bonus
