What You’ll Be Doing

It’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different. But a few things are clear, you’ll:

Responsibilities:

1.Manage the end-to-end planning for a specified supply chain network or franchise

2.Formulate & Communicate short to mid-term tactical plans that balance supply & demand

3.Apply scenario planning & collaboration, leveraging Rapid Response functionality and tools

4.Lead OPLAN review with key stakeholders and support global/regional S&OP input

5.Monitor supply chain performance, review & approve planning parameters and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

6.Proactively manage supply chain risks e.g. low cover and escalate issues where appropriate

7.Support product life cycle management in the specified supply chain network

8.Provide input to Financial planning and demand planning processes

9.Align transfer orders to demand and transmit to ERP systems for onward execution

10.Manage planning exceptions triggered by Rapid Response

11.Manage the Inventory targets

12.Mastery of the planning parameters in Rapid Response

Qualifications:

1.At least 5-8 years of Supply Chain & planning experience

2.Experience in Healthcare industry is a plus

3.Mastery in planning concept with hands-on experience in multiple planning (ERP) systems and interfaces

4.Working knowledge of inventory management concept

5.Proficient in English Language

6.Cross-regional experience is plus
