Job Description

The APJ Regional Business Management (RBM) team is the nerve center of regional BMG organization. We are searching for a leader with a pioneering mindset to drive the critically important KPI (Key Performance Indicator )/Target processes, and other sales operation programs in direct support of Country Sales staff and sellers within the APJ region. This role will primarily be responsible for partnering with Customer and Sales Excellence (CSE), Country/Business Unit (BU) sales, Finance and other APJ BMG teams to track and manage the business goals through the KPI process. The RBM Analyst will be the voice of the region/edge to influence the global approach in target setting through the PLAN process and KPI metrics. He/ She will be proficient in revenue tools, SFDC dashboard creation and processes within SFDC (Salesforce.com)/Sales CRM to support sales teams and to drive regional operation imperatives.

The successful candidate will act as the communication conduit between BU Sales Operation, Country Sales and CSE team to influence KPI definitions/targets and help driving business growth across all product lines. He/she will develop and deliver tools for Country sellers to enable tracking to key metrics. He/She will leverage KPI data in SFDC in conjunction with other internal or third-party data sets to provide insights in market and ecosystem trends.


Qualifications

� Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or a related field. MBA graduate is a plus.
� 3+ years' experience working with business data, delivering business insights and reporting
� Strong presentation and communication skills
� Proven record of delivering insights that have driven business decisions and strategies.
� Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - negotiate win-win solutions within a complex stakeholder base
� Ability to work with cross functional teams and manage multiple business priorities
� Ability to work independently under pressure and to meet deadlines
� Direct or collaboration experience in IT systems or data analytic tools. Knowledge in SFDC and/or Power BI is a plus.
� A self-starter who is highly self-driven and results-oriented - a solid track record demonstrating initiative, creativity and openness to drive solutions forward or lead changes/corrective actions
� A continuous learner who embraces changes and comfortable working in a fast pace and challenging environment.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
