Job Description

Intel is driving the scaling of Intel Market Ready Solutions (MRS) and we are looking for a talented and resourceful individual who will support the region's partner onboarding for these, with the realization of program value to these partners. The candidate will be part of an extended team where the key market challenges for these solutions are addressed to be ready for deployments and he/she will help partners expand visibility of their solutions. Another area of responsibility the candidate will manage will be the IoT Specialty Program and Select Benefits for partners under the Intel Partner Alliance program framework for eligible partners. The candidate will also collaborate with Intel's IoT ODM co-sell partners to help drive the co-selling cycles, support sales readiness and go-to-market engagement with internal/external sales teams to help sell Intel-based IoT systems or solutions. This position is chartered with these key responsibilities: � Implement programmatic partner onboarding processes to support active program value exchange and accelerate partner deployments of Intel's Market Ready Solution program and IoT Specialty Program in the region � Facilitate and accelerate the process of new MRS solution submission at the geo level � Support sales readiness and lead generation activities with internal sales teams and key co-sell partner sales teams � Facilitate the process of Intel Market Development Fund (MDF) for partners enrolling in IoT-focused programs and provide support � Analyze results from MDF-funded activities for internal stakeholders to evaluate ROI � Support event execution for IoT-focused programs


Qualifications

The successful candidate will have relevant partner marketing experience and a demonstrated ability to execute disciplined and effective work processes across teams. � Preferred 5+ years of relevant work experience in partner marketing or B2B marketing in high technology companies, with a proven record of execution excellence � Experience in Embedded/IoT segments is highly desired � Proven ability to influence across groups/divisions to get results and develop strong partnerships � Result focused, ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts in a timely manner � Self-starter, self-motivated, high level of initiative within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment � Strong collaboration skills, demonstrated team orientation and collaborative skills � Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills � Be keen to measure, test, learn and iterate to arrive at improved results � Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
