Job Description/:
- Create and maintain customer, make contact, and acquire new sales leads and enquiries;
开发和维护客户,联系客户,获取新的销售线索和需求
- Give presentations about Durr-product portfolio and solutions, lead customer towards Durr by outstanding selling skills;
介绍杜尔产品组合和解决方案,用出色的销售技巧,引导客户选择杜尔
- Understand customer needs and identify sales strategy;
了解客户需求,确定销售策略
- Prepare and make quotations/bid document and offer, follow up clarification;
准备和制作报价/投标书及方案,跟进后续澄清
- Involve in contract negotiations, contract review and signing as per company policies and procedures;
参与合同谈判,根据公司政策和流程协调合同审核和签订
- Collect market and critical competitors info, analyze and update sales strategy if necessary.
收集和分析市场和关键竞争对手信息,适时更新销售策略
Job Requirement/职位要求:
- Bachelor degree or above, Technical or engineering background, Major in mechanical, electrical, chemical is preferred;
学士学位或以上,技术或工科背景,机械、电气、化工专业优先
- 3+ years working experience (flexible according to experience) as sales or technical responsible for engineered project / equipment in related industry; experience in automotive industry or automatic painting system is preferred
有3年以上相关行业项目/设备销售或技术经验;熟悉汽车行业或有自动喷涂系统经验更佳(根据经验可适当放宽年限)
- Command of MS office, like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
熟练使用office办公软件,如Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good English skills in listening, oral, reading and writtten
良好的英语听说读写能力
- Good communication and coordination skills and good interpersonal skills
良好的沟通和协调及人际交往能力
- Positive working attitude and learning skill, able to work under pressure
积极的工作态度,学习能力,能在压力下工作
- Customer relations management skills and Negotiation skills;
一定的客户关系管理技能和商务谈判技巧
- Team player, multi-task solving skill
团队合作精神,多任务处理能力
- Readiness to flexible travelling
能适应短期出差
