Objective:

Responsibility for Service Sales numbers & Execution of Service projects in Shengyang and surrounding area, leading the whole area team (Sales & Execution).

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales meetings with customers in car manufacturing industry. Explaining offer details and project schedules for modification and service projects of paint robots & application.
• Regular customer visits to build up close relationship with Paint shop and maintenance managers.
• Open talk about problems, opportunities for projects, requirements & wishes of customer. Provide the information to headquarters in Shanghai.
• Discuss project prices, handle negotiation and finally get the purchase orders for Service projects or lead own Area Sales to do in the right way.
• Responsible for project execution in own area. Build up the team from Project manager to site technicians. Secure success of each project.
• Independent and self-organizing work style. Organization & responsibility for team. Report to National Service Manager and Bonus payment due to performance of area team.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, and major in Technical fields (Mechanics, Electrics, Automation) or high talented Economist.
• At least 5 years related working experience.
• Very good communication skills.
• Rich sales experience and knowledge in technical fields and / or Economics。
• Based in Chongqing and close to customer car plants.
