1. Key Areas of Responsibility:
a) Be the first point of contact for customers to collect on due and overdue Amazon AWS invoices; Provides customer service regarding collection issues.
作为外部客户主要联系人,负责追收亚马逊云服务到期及逾期应收款项;提供应收款相关客户服务
b) Ensure as a minimum weekly follow-up of out-standings, ensuring no AR over-dues 30 days; Meet the AR collection target for the customers and complete the tasks in accordance with the SLA.

c) Notify senior management on customer delinquency, cooperate with relevant departments and improve customer account status.
