Daily cash applications in system

Monthly bank reconciliation for receipt

Be responsible for issuing invoices to customers

Prepare monthly balance sheet AR accounts breakdown

Work closely with BU credit team for account receivable activities

Following up with inter-companies to ensure timely collection

Monthly journal entry for AR function

Support SSO GL team & Treasury team to contact with local TAX bureau or other local government

Ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader

Experience: 1-2 years accounting experience, Account Receivable experience is preferred;

Good at Excel; Good at English reading & writing;

Quick learner, high sense of responsibility, strong teamwork spiritEducation:Bachelor’s degree or above, subject on finance/accounting or related preferred;
