8:00天山西路协和路路口（淞虹路地铁站5号口出站）

上/下班时间：8:30-17:00 周一-周五，周末双休

工作描述/ Brief description of service:

? Daily booking in SAP (AR, expenses etc)

? Accounts clearing / checking

? Invoice Management

? Reimbursement documents auditing according to the company policies

? Fixed assets management

? Preparing monthly/weekly AR reports

? Follow up the overdue AR and push the collection

? Filing accounting documents

? Backup of the other Accountant

? Others if required

?SAP的日常预订(AR，费用等)

?账户清算/核对

?发票管理

?根据公司政策审核报销单据

?固定资产管理

?准备每月/每周的AR报告

?跟进逾期应收账款并催收

?会计文件归档

?其他会计的备份

?其他必要时

技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

? Accountant certificate

? Familiar with SAP system

? Familiar with accounting of AR and golden tax system

? English both spoken and writing

? Familiar with MS office

? University education in F&A or similar

? 至少2 years related F&A experience

会计证书，财务相关专业

熟悉SAP系统

熟悉应收账款和黄金税务系统的会计核算

熟悉办公软件

2年相关F&A经验

具有负责心，认真仔细

基础英语书面

合同由中智负责签订，如表现ok，合同可稳定续约且有内部留用机会；薪资根据资历背景
