Job Description

• Manage accounts receivable, all-round credit control and review
• Manage full function of the accounts receivable including payment allocations, timely collection of debts, assessment of overdue debtor accounts and development of collection policies and procedures
• Perform debtors account reconciliation
• Keep constant communication with customers regarding queries and disputes with their accounts
• Produce various reports for management on debtors' status
• Assist in development of the company credit policy and credit control
• Improve and streamline the order to cash process
• Perform month-end closing & prepare periodic schedules

The Successful Applicant

• Upwards of 2 Years of Credit Control / Billing experience
• Previous experience in Credit Control / Billing
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or in relevant disciplines
• Attention to details and well-organized
• Experienced in the use of ERP
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Pro-active and customer service driven
• Fast learner and highly adaptable to changes
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
