POSITION: AR Accountant FS China

WORK LOCATION: Hongkong

JOB PURPOSE

• Sales deduction accrual/true up/settlement calculation and booking in system.
• EFA (Equipment financing arrangement) SAP tool uploading and reporting.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )

• Calculate and book sales deduction accrual accurately and on time.
• Communicate with customer and BPA for sales deduction true up and settlement.
• Prepare sales deduction part for accounting estimation review.
• Prepare EFA SAP tool uploading file and compliance report. Escalate for any potential risks of low compliance rate contracts.
• Provide data and report per requirement of internal and external customer with accuracy and on time.

IDEAL BACKGROUND (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)

• Education: Bachelor degree with major in accounting
• Languages: English – fluent
• Experience:

• Over 2 years in Big 4 accounting firms with strong technical accounting. FIC experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with ERP (SAP) is preferred.
