Job Description:

1. Issue invoice to customer on time according to the system billing invoices.

2. Reconcile the sales&cost accounts.

3. Responsible for preparing AR periodic reporting.

4. Work closely with CS team on AR reconciliation and long outstanding AR follow up.

5. Checking and bookkeeping the daily collection in the accounts in Infor system.

6. In charge of AR daily operation, billing and invoice matching.

7. Check the customer's situation to ensure that we release the order without exceeding the credit term.

8. Any other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.

Job Requirements:

1.College degree or above, preferably majoring in accounting, finance or management.

2.Excellent excel and word skill.

3.Pay attention to details.

4.Familiar with ERP system.

5. High integrity and good team player.

6.Well communication skill in both English and Chinese.
