Position Description

Are you an enthusiastic and proactive AR Coordinator looking to join a global ASX listed blue chip organization and take the next step in your career?

As part of the Finance team, your role will be to Issue AR invoice to support daily business. Based at our Shanghai office, this role reports directly to the AR Accountant.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Issue AR invoice – timely responsible for make AR invoices to customers with the Country’s law and Brambles’ policy

• Accounting Data Filing – File all accounting data per request of the Country’s law and Brambles’ policy.

• Month-end closing

• Fins previous voucher if audit need.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

• Strong commitment of achieving targets

• Has the functional technical knowledge and skills to the job at a high-level accomplishment

• University degree in Accounting or related field.

• Previous experience in Account Receivable field in multi-national companies.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Familiar with general accounting software, SAP will be more preferred.

• Experience and knowledge of Accounts Receivable; Computer skills including Microsoft Office or comparable programs

• Good knowledge on China GAAP; Initiative, ability to work under pressure
