Main task
Closing and Reporting in OtC areas (revenue related accounts)
▪Manage the month/year-end closing activities in OtC (Order to Cash) field
▪Ensure the correctness of financial data and presentation in revenue related accounts
▪Perform the data reconciliation across legacy systems (IMS, SAP, e-Sero, etc.)
▪Be responsible for sales related tax recording and filing ( e.g. Output VAT, ICT, etc.)
▪Factoring limit management
Local OtC policy and Internal Control
▪Draft, apply and manage the local OtC policies and procedures aligned with Daimler & statutory policies
▪Communicate and train with customers and RBO in OtC financial and accounting matters
▪Be aware of accounting & statutory rules in revenue recognition, and interpret the implication and apply to MBK accounting treatment
▪Design Internal control for OtC process and monitor the compliance
Billing and collection process
▪Operate the billing, collection, and book-keeping process, seeking the optimal allocation among internal teams and outsourcing resources, in compliance with the policies.
▪Analyze and forecast the cash in-flow based on sales plan and support working capital management
▪Keep updated with the advanced OtC process and system to apply for MBK’s existing and new transaction and business
Credit Risk management
▪Prepare and maintain local credit policy in line with Daimler global and statutory policies
▪Implement and execute the credit management tools and dunning process
▪Analyze the credit risk and propose /execute the proper risk reduction and remedy measures
Audit & Internal Control
▪Prepare data and information for internal and external audit
▪Coordinate and arrange OtC audit issues to the accountable parties for the proper response to the auditor's requests
▪Conduct and be responsible for Internal Control on OtC area(RE-xxx)
