Lenovo is looking for a passionate, and enthusiastic AR/VR Regional Business
Development Manager to support and implement our corporate market strategy.

flexible working schedule.
This position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual
with business development skills in emerging technologies. Responsibilities
will include:
• Drive (design & execute) & ownership of focused initiatives to maximize
AR/VR revenue, margin, attach rate and overall portfolio contribution.
• Define and maintain AR/VR business development territory plan to execute
against (e.g. Pipeline Generation / Revenue Generation / New Logo
Acquisition..) to maximize financial results & achieve KPIs; proactively
engaged in key Customer & opportunities via customer facing activity /
relationships.
• Engage in BMS / team meetings and events to drive business objectives and
ensure strong coordination across AR/VR and other business units virtual teams
• Provide solutions and system design in support of customer business
scenario.
• Drive the integration of the solution into an existing infrastructure,
implementation and integration of Third-Party Product and services into a
cohesive solution design.
• Understand and provide guidance on emerging technologies. Be the subject
matter experts in AR/VR and provides field enablement on innovative solutions.
• Leverage Lenovo’s internal eco-system in the territory Plan; engage with
Account Team in Account Plan set-up including key stakeholders coverage
mapping
• Support / Advocate the solution selling transformation strategy and the
Lenovo’s AR/VR solution portfolio
• Be the voice of customer / Make sure customer feed-back is collected and
used to influence AR/VR solution offerings.
• Key Interactions: Sales, Customers, Business Partners & Affiliated Partners,
Product Management team.
#### Position Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business management or solution design
management in the IT industry (Preferably Connected Devices ).
• Strong track record in business acquisition / development.
• Strong experience in developing large and complex solutions design and
system integration for large international customers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive solution development in a
collaborative environment including ecosystem partners.
• Be able to communicates effectively with presentation skills, strong written
and oral.
• Knowledge of digital transformation including AR/VR, IoT, Data management.
• Program languages will be a plus : C#, Json, Rest protocol.
• Complete technical architecture, deep expertise in data (PLM, 3D, 2D),
applications/middleware, infrastructure will be a plus.
