Job Description

Key performance area:

Expert in issuing/managing tax invoice or relevant activities.

  • Go to tax authority to buy the blank tax invoice paper when there is a need

  • Contact point to Tax authority/Golden Tax system provider for tax invoice printing issues

  • Issue tax invoice regularly according to defined process or business request upon approval

  • Process returned tax invoice timely and in a right manner

  • Handle tax invoice/credit note upon business request or legal request on time

  • Mange the outstanding system invoice but to be tax invoiced, and follow up business team until the tax invoice is properly handled

  • Respond to stakeholders regarding tax invoice issues

  • Upload tax invoice information to financial system according to the process

  • Achieve the hard copy of tax invoice (booking sheet)

  • Post tax invoice to customer and record the courier number according to process

  • Manage the reconciliation of system invoice and tax invoice

  • Support GA team on tax reconciliation

  • Support the team lead/manager in development of AR/TAX policies and rules (e.g. monthly statements) and provide relevant information if needed(e.g. for Procedures Manual)

  • Ensure the alignment to local process where applicable

  • Temporary tasks or projects assigned by managers

    In addition, responsible for supporting Country Finance in the AR/GA process as well as in coordinating AR related matters with the Service Provider (with Country Service Delivery Coordinator).

    Further, function as back-up for other roles within the Sandvik Country Finance Organization and contribute in selected internal development projects.


    Your profile:

  • Academic examination in Finance or equivalent work experience.

  • Documented experience of processing tax invoice.

  • Experience of training others is preferable.

  • Basic knowledge of the AR process/Tax process, and preferably one of the AP or GA process.

  • Basic knowledge of at least one ERP system used within the country/area.

  • Service minded with ability to create good relation and cooperation.

  • Basic level in English (reading, speaking, and writing), and fluent in Mandarin.

  • Good skills with EXCEL

    As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
