Responsibilities:
Teach classic & contemporary texts (e.g., Shakespeare, modern poetry, postcolonial lit)
Design project-based learning (e.g., author studies, digital storytelling)
Integrate SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) into literary discussions

Qualifications:
Degree: Master/Bachelor’s in English Literature, Comparative Literature, or related field
Certifications: Teaching license (PGCE, state certification) or IB/AP endorsement
Experience: 2+ years teaching literature (international school experience preferred)

Skills:

Expertise in close reading, literary theory, & academic writing instruction
Proficiency in LMS platforms (Google Classroom, Turnitin)
