Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support sales processes

• Calculate sales achievement, maintain information of sales activities and sales performance metrics

• Analyse sales performance for the development of sales plans and forecasts

• Administer agency compensation, awards and benefits

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• University student with a degree in marketing, communications, business management, economics, education, psychology, or the like
• Creative with content and writing, organized, can pick up concepts quickly (business knowledge), social media savvy, solutions oriented, resourceful, ability to plan, execute & track progress of activities, effective communicator, knows how to do research & analyze information, with basic business acumen, shows leadership capabilities but is a team player, thirst for knowledge & learning
