Job Description: Staff, ASIC Digital Design for ARC Processors
We are a team working on producing high-quality products for the ARC family of configurable processors. We are looking for a senior design engineer like you to be part of the team. The intent is to build a new high-performing AI focused team in Taiwan.

Responsibilities:
Architectural definition of digital design IP functions
Specification, development and verification of digital design IP functions
To author design and verification specifications
To evaluate and exercise all aspects of the development flow, including RTL development, functional simulation, constraint development, design for test logic, synthesis, timing analysis, power analysis, behavioral modeling and verification coverage metrics
To generate development documentation, such as; design specification, test plans, reports
Participate in troubleshooting of digital circuits

Skills Required
Must have a minimum of 8+ years hands-on IC and or IP design experience ideally with a focus on CPU design and a background in digital signal processing
Ability to work directly with customers to understand and translate their requirements into functional specifications
Ability to exercise a high level of independent judgment and interpretation in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results
Useful to have some project leadership experience, driving programs and business initiatives.
BSCS degree or equivalent, MSCS required
