The Design Enablement ASIC Quality Assurance (QA) team is looking for qualified candidates to enhance our ASIC QA coverage for Process Design Kits (PDKs). These design kits provide collateral and flow customizations to enable Electronic Design Automation (EDA) ASIC tools and flows for the implementation and verification of silicon design products.

About the role:

Performs Design Enablement PDK functions related to quality checking of ASIC collateral and reference flow kits, software coding functions, debugging and documentation of issues found. These include technical decision making and managing interdependencies, as well as overall project management and automation of QA tasks. Additionally, will develop and test Engineering Design Automation tools and create flows/scripts to analyze and test design methodologies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
MS degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major with 2+ years of semiconductor industry experience in the following areas:

• ASIC design flows
• Digital Automated Place and Route (APR)
• Design Rule Check (DRC) analysis
• Parasitic Extraction (PEX)
• Static Timing Analysis (STA)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledgeable operating in Linux environment and Python scripting language
• Skillful in developing ASIC test cases
• Skillful in performing debug and Root cause analysis

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$97,500.00-$146,340.00
