Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • Land & Property developer in Myanmar
  • Properties include : residential including green areas and club house & commercial (shopping boulevard) in Myanmar
  • We are looking for ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPUTY DIRECTOR – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Job mission : Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action for profit and loss 
  • Provide high quality property management service to all tenants and residents 
  • Retail/commercial sector management. Investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; provide rubbish removal services. Maintain all utilities services 
  • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explain advantages of location and services  Residential sector management. Provide reception service, rubbish removal services. 
  • Provide added value services to residents with service charge 
  • Monitor Operations Team to maintain building systems and keep good maintenance services; supervising repairs, maintain all utilities services 
  • Secures property by contracting with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies. 
  • Maintain landscape, provide cleaning services, lighting services on public areas 
  • Enforces policies and procedures by confronting violators. 
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. 
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 
  • Leads the Asset Management team with related various tasks
  • Degree holder
  • 15-20 years in asset management
  • Professional English communicational skill in both spoken and written.
  • International Grade Serviced Apartment or Accommodation Allowance
  • Work based in Myanmar Yangon
  • 12 round trip air ticket provided between Hong Kong & Myanmar (that is one trip back to Hong Kong per month)
  • 5 days work
  • Less experience will be considered as Asset Management Senior Manager
