What you will be doing:

  • To record daily consumption of electricity & water, fulfill department’s technical checklists
  • To receive, dispatch and follow up of all repair and job orders, maintenance orders
  • Schedule staff’s work load and duty roster
  • Handles technical drawings, duty logs, records and store inventory
  • Arrange technical training for engineering team
  • Trouble-shooting, operation, repair and maintenance of electrical distribution system 
  • Mechanical services such as central A/C system, ventilation, exhaust, heaters & water boilers, Lift, sound system and TV
  • Fire-fighting system
  • Sanitary, plumbing, sewage water treatment plant and swimming pool equipment
  • General building maintenance
  • Respond to the fire alarm or emergencies as the occasion arises
  •  Perform other Engineering related duties / activities and special projects as required by the Director of Engineering.   


Work Experience

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years-experience in the same position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and team-oriented
  • Have the ability to prioritize workload assignments
  • Pre - Opening Hotel experience
