Our client, a Global Asset Manager with business in over 60 countries is currently looking for an aspiring HR professional to join the team

ASSISTANT HR MANAGER | Global Asset Management

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Covering 5 countries across Asiafor the organization, the role is key to the team in providing the full spectrum of HR advisory and services
  • Managing payroll related administration and income tax related reporting/ filing with third-party vendors
  • Responsible for staff on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Maintenance of various HR systems on a timely basis to properly reflect staff movement, change of employment terms, new team/ business structure
  • Responsible for the front to end recruitment process and the maintenance of the recruitment system
  • Business Partnering - Assist in the smooth running of key HR processes, such as compensation & benefits review, performance management, forecast & budget exercise and Global People Survey

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in HR, business administration or related disciplines with international mindset
  • 3-5 years of HR experience at a Bank/ Financial Institution/ MNC
  • Ability to perform critical thinking with strong problem solving skills at a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees
  • Resilience to drive change and manage key businesses effectively
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
