Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3 years’ relevant experience in market research and business development, leasing and marketing preferred
• Candidates with Mainland background or exposure would be an advantage
• Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Strong initiative and customer orientation
• Proven English and Putonghua proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily leasing matters and management for a portfolio of serviced apartments, in particular targeting at Mainlanders
• Build good relationship with tenants through providing quality services
• Conduct market research and analysis on residential market

(Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered for Leasing Assistant.)
