• Handle project management functions related to operations to ensure timely delivery of business systems / enhancements
• Conduct trainings for respective business groups on the new system and features introduced
• Involve in Project Management functions related to operations to ensure timely delivery of business systems / enhancements
• Analyse trends and outcomes and share with respective business units for management decisions
