DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all PR platforms (print, digital, social media and KOL)
• Plan, formulate and execute PR and communications strategies & activities, including:
  • Create marketing contents: work with team members and management to develop marketing contents for different products and brands according to customer segmentation, ensuring consistency in message delivery and timeliness. Maintain a consistent voice with the consumer on social media and in-store
  • Effective communication strategies to build customer loyalty, brand awareness and customer (B2B and B2C) recruitment
  • Ensure all external and internal marketing communication, brand website content, design and functionality meets the neds of the company
• Participate in brand PR planning and management, including consumer communication calendar and campaigns through various channels/platforms
• Maintain good relationship with media and KOLs
• Liaise with media, local KOL and influencers for both online and offline events and campaigns
• Organise events to promote new product launch and customer relationship building eg VIP Day
• Co-ordinate with external/internal parties for smooth execution of PR related duties, including measure and prepare reports of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI) 

REQUIREMENT

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing/ PR/ Communication
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
• With experience in cosmetics industry is a MUST
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge and experience in public affairs including issues and crisis management
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with strong potential but less experience will be considered as Senior PR executive
