To process/underwrite insurance applications out sourced from SG AIA to AIASS within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Job Descriptions:

• Process/Underwrite insurance applications that are out sourced to the department according to the agreed Standard Operating Procedure and guidelines.

• Ensure all cases assigned are being processed accurately with prudent risk assessment being performed and within the agreed TAT and Quality as documented in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the business partner.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy (Quality) and seeks to improve individual quality scores with time. Maintain a high level of Productivity and seeks to improve individual productivity scores with time.

• Maintain a good personal record of training in line with the training framework of OSS.

• To provide feedback to team leader and Business Partner for processing improvement. 

• To work with team leaders to resolve any identified gaps related to of the assigned tasks with regards to the department’s guidelines / SOPs / trainings / work instructions / processes / approaches. 

• To process all admin related tasks out sourced from SG AIA to OSS SGUNI within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed with the business partner.

• Responsible for determining the acceptance and the associated rates and benefits of the insurance applications based on guidelines set for the issuance of AIA insurance policies. 

• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor / manager in order to meet business requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any related fields, preferably in Insurance / Actuarial Science / Bioscience / Biomedical background or equivalent

• Experience: Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS excel

• Following SG Public Holiday

• Customer oriented, self-motivated

• Able to adapt desk-bound working environment
