Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Hong Kong company
- Trading & retailing company for beverages products with small office in Tin Wan (Aberdeen)
- Retail : one shop in Hong Kong
- We are looking for ASST ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the Director
- Responsible for preparing the full set of accounts
- Preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules
- Monthly stock take
- General admin duties and payroll calculation
- To involve in external audit and taxation matters
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience
- Higher Diploma in Accounting or LCC higher accounting level or equivalent
- Experience or ability in full set of books
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
- Experience in using accounting software MYOB is a plus
- Stock control experience is a plus
- Work independently with no subordinates
- No trips is required
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
- Very few OT work is required
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Office location : Aberdeen Tin Wan
