Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Investment holdings company of a business conglomerate with small office in Sheung Wan
- We are looking for ASST CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Handle Corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions; listing rules
- Assist in assessing potential deals, such as preparing pitch books and executing transactions and conducting due diligence;
- Prepare listing documents and draft announcements and circulars;
- Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange in connection with respective implementation of projects
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law and Business Administration;
- Over 4 years of related working experience in Corporate finance as in-house or financial institutions;
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Chinese and English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- 5 days work
- Office location : Sheung Wan
