- We are looking for ASST HR & ADMIN MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to HR & Admin Director
- Fully handle HR & admin duties of HK office
- Lead a small HR team on full HR duties
- Lead Admin team including receptionist, admin asst, drivers & OAs
- Monitor and supervise general administrative activities.
- All round human resources services including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll process, staff retention and performance management
- Review, formulate and implement HR policies
- Regularly involve in HR projects like salary bench marking project
- Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years human resources & office admin experience in sizable companies
- Exposure in MNC environment preferred
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days
- Medical benefits
- 13 months + performance bonus
- Office location : TST East
