Job Description
THE COMPANY :

  • We are a dynamic and innovative publisher specializing in providing high-quality school textbooks, supplementary books, teaching resources and multi-media products in Hong Kong.
  • We specializing in providing high-quality supplementary books to pre-school, primary and secondary levels
  • We are looking for ASST ACCOUNT MANAGER – with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • Manage and growth with existing customer accounts, and new business development to achieve sales target
  • Regularly follow up and offer quality after-sales services to maintain customer relationships
  • Understand and provide professional solutions to meet customer's needs
  • Report to the Senior Sales Manager
  • Tertiary education
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development / sales / client servicing for textbooks/books/supplementary books
  • Positive, hardworking, self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently
  • Strong communication, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and execution skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing, PowerPoint, etc
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • Medical benefits
  • Car package allowance (including parking fee + car fuel expenses + car rental expenses)
