Job Description
Nature and Scope
This role mainly takes charge of the shift production to ensure Gas Products Supply integrity/Liquid production per production plan, and responsible for shift field safety, efficient/reliable operation for the plant, execute daily safety inspection and general shift routine inspection, assist maintenance engineers to implement preventive maintenance work and other assigned works by Production Supervisor/Shift Supervisor.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This role mainly takes charge of the shift production to ensure Gas Products Supply integrity/Liquid production per production plan, and responsible for shift field safety, efficient/reliable operation for the plant, execute daily safety inspection and general shift routine inspection, assist maintenance engineers to implement preventive maintenance work and other assigned works by Production Supervisor/Shift Supervisor.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the YuLin LASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery system, product quality control, trailer loading, routine field/equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant run safely and efficiently
- Record daily/monthly production report, and execute daily/monthly routine job.
- Assist maintenance Engineers to implement preventive maintenance.
- Attend safety meeting and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and write safety reports.
- Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Also work closely with logistics customers, local operation, maintenance team, OTS/PPE team, commercial team etc.
- Operate accomplish or training course and other cross training course etc. Learn and implement relevant procedure/safety standard
- Follow safety procedure/safety standard
- Improve English level gradually, be able to read safety manual and operation manual
- Any other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Integrity, deliver safety, drive result, positive attitude, innovation.
- Degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or industrial automation and instrumentation etc.;
- Have good safety knowledge;
- Simple English reading skill;
- Proactive, honest, teamwork and hardworking;
- Be enthusiastic and willing to learn;
- Suitable for shift work.
