1. 组织管理新成立的力士乐装配技术组合产品开发小组；
   Lead a newly established group for the development of products for Rexroth’s assembly technology portfolio;
2. 计划，指导和协调集团的开发项目；
   Plan, steer and coordinate the groups development projects;
3. 负责与制造，采购，销售及产品部门的沟通协调工作；
   Coordinate and communicate with other departments like manufacturing, purchasing, sales and product management;
4. 负责完成开发项目的质量、成本、交付等关键绩效指标；
   Responsible for achieving the KPIs quality, cost, delivery of the development projects;
5. 负责团队的人员招聘，员工能力发展和工作计划安排。
   Responsible for hiring, competence development & capacity planning of the team.

1. 本科以上学历，机械工程或工业工程相关专业背景；
   University degree (master) in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering;
2. 7年以上工厂自动化行业工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验；
   Minimum of 7 years working experience in factory automation, 2 years working experience as team or group manager;
3. 深厚的机械工程知识，具备采购、物流、制造等相关领域的基本知识；
   Profound knowledge in mechanical engineering, basic knowledge in adjacent functions like purchasing, logistics and manufacturing; 
4. 良好的主动性，主动性，创造性和独立工作能力；
   Highly motivated, pro-active, creative and independent working capability;
5. 流利的英语(口头和书面)，德语优先。
   Fluent in English (verbal and written), German appreciated.
