Who are we?
Intel Ethernet Product Group (EPG) - We develop state-of-the-art Ethernet Controllers for the world's big data centers, manufactured in advanced fab processes and involving high-speed interfaces, such as Ethernet and PCI-E.
We are looking for an experienced ATE Test Engineer to join the Test Engineering team to lead our products to a successful production launch. As part of the team, you'll be a member of multi Geo team and working with external suppliers and partners.
In this position, you will develop ATE Test Program and be responsible for ensuring the required DFx support (definitions), evaluation, development, and debug of complex test methods.
You will define and design ATE HW (Load Boards), optimized on High-Speed SerDes Testing, analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance.
Also, you will analyze early customer returns with an emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.

Qualifications

At least BSc in electrical engineering
ATE test development experience at least 5 years, proficiency with C++ code
Hands-on experience with Advantest/Verigy/Teradyne testers
Familiarity with High Volume Production concepts and Data analysis expertise
Pre-Si DFT for production definition, pattern generation, and conversion
Post-Si TP characterization and qualification, bringing TP to production quality
Technical prowess in design for test and High-Speed SerDes IPs Testability will be an advantage
