JD -
Responsibility:
- Client side PC workstation software and hardware problem debugging and resolving in Office IT operation;
- IT working environment preparation for new hire, including OS, Patch, Application system installation;
- Cooperating with global team to deploy new workstation related technology, including new version image deployment;
- Provide high quality solutions to end user’s technical questions;
- Daily network operation support;
- Management of asset inventory within WS team;
Requirement:
- College degree, major in Computer Science or related field;
- Good at English communication, both verbal and written;
- Skilled in Microsoft Windows 10; Familiar with Microsoft products;
- Have various experience of solving PC hardware/software application problem;
- Basic network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN,VPN, etc) knowledge;
- Strong self-working and solving problem capability under pressure;
- Keen self-studying capability, willing to learning new technology;
- Diligent and positive working attitude;
- CCNA and above certification is plus
