JD -

Responsibility:

  • Client side PC workstation software and hardware problem debugging and resolving in Office IT operation;
  • IT working environment preparation for new hire, including OS, Patch, Application system installation;
  • Cooperating with global team to deploy new workstation related technology, including new version image deployment;
  • Provide high quality solutions to end user’s technical questions;
  • Daily network operation support;
  • Management of asset inventory within WS team;

Requirement:

  • College degree, major in Computer Science or related field;
  • Good at English communication, both verbal and written;
  • Skilled in Microsoft Windows 10; Familiar with Microsoft products;
  • Have various experience of solving PC hardware/software application problem;
  • Basic network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN,VPN, etc) knowledge;
  • Strong self-working and solving problem capability under pressure;
  • Keen self-studying capability, willing to learning new technology;
  • Diligent and positive working attitude;
  • CCNA and above certification is plus
